Personal Coaching Program with Stu Mittleman
(Available after start-up package)
$350 month/ 3-month minimum or by previous agreement
  • Development of an organized and effective physical training program.
  • Four 30-minute personal coaching telephone calls per month to produce specific results in accordance with Client Objectives Form.
  • Significant components of physical mastery are to be delivered to client on an ongoing basis as client progresses through the program, which include: target heart rate zone setting and adjusting, training schedule development, food choice and supplement strategies, event preparation, equipment selection, post-event assessment, and mind set conditioning.
 
Individual Coaching Calls $175 p/hour
 
Speaking Fees
Per Day $2500 + travel expenses + $65 per Diem
Half-day $1250 + travel expenses
Weekends $3500 + travel expenses + $65 per Diem

The Metabolic Performance Analysis
($375) and consultation-- 2 hours
Utilizes gas exchange technology to monitor oxygen consumption and carbohydrate production as you exercise. By monitoring the amount of oxygen consumed and comparing it to the amount of carbon dioxide produced, we can measure the relative amount of fat and sugar being burned as fuel and you exercise. The session requires the use of a Carbon Dioxide/ Oxygen analyzer, a treadmill and a computer. The analyzer results are used to identify which target heart rate zones optimize fat burning ability and maximize endurance potential.
 
Private Running Session with Stu
($375) -- 2 hours
  • Identify target heart rate zones using a heart rate monitor.
  • Improve breathing technique and body awareness.
  • Develop the most effective training schedule.
  • Examine foot shape and biomechanics for best shoe fit.
The Running Session offers an incredible opportunity to run with one of the world's greatest ultra-distance runners and coaches. You will leave the session with a totally transformed conception of what is possible for you as a runner/athlete.
 
The Master Session
($1100) -- 3.5 hours
Combines Start-up Package, Metabolic Performance Analysis, and a Private Running Session with Stu.
